What Neena Health provides
Neena Health provides health coaching and education across its practices: PCOS by Neena Health, Menopause by Neena Health, Fertility by Neena Health, and Sanctum by Neena Health. Coaching is educational. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription, and it does not replace your own licensed clinicians. The full scope of that boundary is set out in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Who may book
You must be 18 or older to book a session. Sessions are booked for the person who will attend. You are welcome to bring a partner or family member into a session where that is useful to you.
Booking, payment and cancellation
Pricing, payment processing, rescheduling, cancellation, refunds, and package validity are set out in our Booking Terms, which apply to every session and package purchased through Neena Health.
Using our sites
The content on our sites — including our resource articles — is published for general education. It is written to help you understand your own situation and prepare better questions for your clinicians. It is not personalised medical advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for an assessment by a qualified clinician who knows your history.
You may read, save, and share our published resources for personal use. Please do not reproduce them commercially or present them as your own.
Coach information
Coach names, qualifications, and experience shown on our sites reflect verified information provided by each coach. Some coaches hold international medical qualifications. As set out in the Disclaimer, that does not imply licensure to practise medicine in your location, and coaches act as educational coaches in this service.
Reviews
Reviews shown on our sites are published with the reviewer’s name as it appears publicly and link to their original source. Some reviews concern a coach’s previous professional or clinical work rather than a Neena Health coaching program.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
