What we collect
When you book or take part in Neena Health coaching, we collect the information you give us directly: your name, your email address, and the scheduling details needed to arrange a session. Booking and payment are handled by our scheduling provider, Acuity Scheduling. Payment card details are processed by that provider and its payment processors — Neena Health does not see or store your card number.
If you choose to share health information during a session or in preparation for one — test results, symptom histories, questions you want to work through — that information is shared at your discretion, for the purpose of the coaching conversation.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and deliver coaching sessions, to keep continuity across sessions and across coaches on your team, and to contact you about your bookings. We follow HIPAA-aligned data handling practices and never sell or share your information.
How we protect it
Access is limited to the coaches and administrators who need it in order to provide your sessions. Scheduling and payment data is held by our providers under their own security programs.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as it is needed to provide coaching and for legitimate business and legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights and contact
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@neena.health and we will respond.
Cookies and tracking
Our sites use a one-time consent notice stored in your browser so we do not show it again. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on our brand sites. Our scheduling provider may set its own cookies when you interact with the booking calendar; those are governed by that provider’s privacy policy.
