1. Coaching, education and informational support
Neena Health offers coaching, education, and informational support for women navigating health decisions. This applies across every Neena Health practice, including PCOS by Neena Health, Menopause by Neena Health, Fertility by Neena Health, and Sanctum by Neena Health.
2. Not diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or emergency care
We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide emergency care of any kind. Nothing in a coaching session should be understood as a medical determination or a course of treatment.
3. No physician–patient relationship
Participating in Neena Health coaching does not establish a physician–patient relationship, whether or not your coach is also a licensed physician elsewhere.
4. Continue with your own licensed clinicians
Customers should continue working with their own appropriately licensed treating professionals for diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing medical care.
5. Not individualized medical advice
The information shared in coaching is educational in nature and is not a substitute for individualized medical advice from a qualified clinician who knows your history and can examine you.
6. No promised outcome
We do not promise any particular result or health outcome from participating in coaching.
7. Individual results vary
Individual experiences and results vary. What one customer finds helpful may not apply to another’s situation.
8. International qualifications do not imply local licensure
Our coaches are internationally trained physicians with real clinical experience. That training and experience do not imply that any coach is licensed to practice medicine in the United States or in any particular customer’s location. In this service, coaches act as educational coaches, not as your treating physician.
9. Reviews may reference prior clinical work
Some reviews or testimonials referenced on our sites may concern a team member’s previous professional or clinical work and do not necessarily describe participation in a Neena Health coaching program.
10. Emergencies
Neena Health provides health coaching and education — not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and not a substitute for your own doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the US). This service is not for emergencies.
11. Organizations and logos shown on our pages
The company and institution names and logos displayed reflect organizations where individual women seen in our coaches’ prior clinical practice have worked. These organizations have not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated themselves with Neena Health or its coaching services, and no such endorsement or affiliation is implied.
12. Health symptoms
Our sessions are educational coaching, not medical care. If a symptom is severe, sudden, or worrying you — including but not limited to unusual or heavy bleeding, severe pain, chest symptoms, or a significant change in headache pattern — contact a licensed clinician or emergency services promptly rather than waiting for a coaching session.
